This drop is an extension of the 'What Rabbit' exchange exhibition between Korean and French artists, which commenced in Seoul in January of last year. The exhibition was initially launched to coincide with the Year of the Rabbit and was held in Seoul. Now, in France, the 'drop' is set to take place in April, just in time for Easter.
The exhibition's theme is centered around the adorable and beloved animal, the rabbit. This furry creature is widely recognized and cherished by people from various cultures and regions, defying the boundaries of time and space.
In Asia, the rabbit holds special significance as it is the symbol for the upcoming "twelfth ganji" year. The rabbit is also associated with the moon's shadow, with the two rabbits pounding a mill being a common depiction. Meanwhile, in the West, rabbits are represented in popular culture through icons such as the Easter Bunny, Alice's Rabbit, Bugs Bunny, Zootopia, and Centaro's Diary.
The rabbit has become a global symbol, even in the blockchain world. In 2023, we hope to showcase the creativity of Korean and French NFT artists who will bring a fresh perspective to this beloved animal. With the rising popularity of cryptocurrency, we anticipate that this exhibition will reach new heights and soar "to the moon" in perfect harmony with the crypto culture.
