TRANSITIONS

The process of transitioning calls a number of basic assumptions about yourself into question: how you move, how you speak, how you interact with others. We see ourselves in a new way and others perceive us in a new way. We alter how we interact with others and they alter their interactions with us.

This series was made by photographer Kirill Pobedin, who, in turn, quite often raises the problem of duality in his works. This is a kind of ode to the transitional stage, when a step into the unknown has already been taken, but its result has not yet followed.
