I've been interested in art from a very young age thanks to my dad. He loved going to museums with me, and my house was always surrounded by "strange" paintings of family friends, which frightened and fascinated me and had a great influence on me. The most memorable for me were the paintings of Sergei Serpa, who is a representative of the direction of necrorealism. I still remember his paintings in every detail. In my works I use images from my childhood memories and connect them to my current emotions and mood. Of course, the characters in my works evolve and take on new meanings, but I want there to always be a drop of childlike spontaneity in them.
