"As an afro-futurist, I believe in the power of technology to shape and enhance the Black experience. My work as Vintagemozart reflects this belief through the use of digital collage techniques, which allow me to incorporate a wide range of influences and cultural touchstones into my art. At the same time, I also value the importance of the hand-drawn element in my work. The use of topographic lines, which I draw by hand, adds a sense of personal connection and authenticity to my pieces. As a multi-disciplinary artist, I draw inspiration from a variety of sources, including music, literature, and contemporary political issues. By blending these influences together in my work, I aim to create a unique and thought-provoking visual experience for my audience. Overall, my goal as an artist is to use my platform to engage with and explore the complexities of the Black experience in the 21st century. Through my use of digital collage techniques and hand-drawn elements, I hope to create art that is both aesthetically pleasing and intellectually stimulating." - Vintagemozart
