Sense of Place

It is a series created by taking inspiration from space fictions that express themselves by consisting of the identity searches of interior spaces and the synthesis of emotions and feelings.

Berk Kaan Kaya works on an art practice shaping his interest on art since the childhood with his unique style which aims to set in motion people’s feelings by re-interpreting, in compliance with his style, the interior architecture education he received. His style comes forward with a signature consists of 3D environments created by giving importance on the focus, color, composition and narration. The spatial elements that the artist, who loves establishing the connection between reality and surreal in his works, have become the design language of the feelings which he aims to convey to the audience.
