Regen

With a mix of controlled chaos, patterns and textures reminiscent of fond childhood artistic memories, 'Regen' is born. This rough and abstract composition has been a signature style pivotal to my work in 2022 mostly because it aligns intentionality with randomness visible in the details (zoom in to enjoy). The palette draws inspiration from Jean-Michel Basquiat's 'Untitled (Skull)', a piece of work I have greatly admired for years. As the relationship between digital and physical art continues to transform, this work aims to bring the nuances of the two into one.
