Centuries of Art History revisited through a series of quotations.
All of the following artworks are derivatives of some of the most famous paintings in the world. The idea came to my mind to make this series, of which these 5 pieces are just the first few, as a means to celebrate the history of art and the great artists who paved the way for us, contemporary artists, to create and build the art of the 21st century.
I like to remember that none of what we are making in Web3, I mean our NFTs which we call "new", would exist if not for what the greatest artists of all time have done previously. Our story is part of history. And because we make art, let's celebrate the history of art.
About me
I am a French, London-based, multidisciplinary artist creating music, poetry, animations, and digital artworks that help me express my inner world.
My body of work is an existentialist reflection that mainly focuses on a few themes such as the time that passes, the place of humanity in this world, and the memory of past civilizations.
Since May 2021, I immersed myself in the world of NFTs, creating the most intriguing animations and art pieces, both as a solo artist and in collaboration with many other artists and organizations.
