At this time of year, the Maiden, one of the three aspects of the Triple Goddess, is honored for her role in bringing forth new life and growth. She represents youth, innocence, and the promise of the future, and is associated with the energy of the rising sun. Ostara is the precise moment of conception, of the Sun, arriving during Yule.

Through the use of cutting-edge digital art techniques, OMBRUJA have captured the essence of Ostara and translated it into a breathtaking visual experience.

The two photographs in this collection were captured during the Initiation Ceremony of OMBRUJA in Costa Rica. The sounds are from the depth of nature and the expressions and movements natural and organic to a spiritual dance honoring the Sacred Jungle of the Caribbean.
