About REUSS

REUSS (John Reuss) is a German visual artist, working and living in Denmark. REUSS is a self-taught artist with roots in the traditional art world where he exhibits in galleries internationally. His work here is physical paintings as well as mixed digital and physical. In REUSS’ work internal struggles, thoughts and feelings are laid bare. Emotions such as loneliness and alienation are often present along with existentialist themes related to the definition of self and its relation to the surrounding world.
