Why did Eve eat the apple?

Eve wanted the fruit of this tree more than God. He wanted wisdom more than God. He even wanted a delicious meal more than God.

We do the same things today. We prioritize beauty, intelligence, knowledge, comfort, wealth, men/women, success, respect and even food over the love of God.
