Demasiado | Yu Maeda

Yu Maeda was born in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan in 1984. Graduated from Kyoto Seika University Department of Design. As a freelancer, he creates advertising animations such as Commercials and Music Videos. Moved to Southern California and started painting in 2013. His articles has appeared in art magazines such as Hi-Fructose and Juxtapoz magazines. First solo exhibition in Superchief Gallery LA in 2019. Returned to Japan in 2020. Solo exhibitions in Superchief gallery in NY and Fomo gallery in Taiwan in 2021.
