Femmes of power is an art series that explores the female form as a medium of social empowerment. This series combines the intimate medium of photography and Jake Zelinger’s iconic visual aesthetic to bring his message to life - there is power in the female form especially when juxtaposed with empowering words, colors and aesthetics. The artist calls on the viewer to have their own inner experience when viewing these works.

Compassionate - She weeps with empathy for the fate of those around her. She can only hold so much, the universe weighs heavy.
Vivacious - Upbeat and full of life, Vivacious is empowered to be her genuine, authentic self.

Waiting Still - for the date long past. No, not with a caller or a potential significant other, but for time itself to catch up to her genius.
Homemaker - Strong willed and completely free, the nest is built for just one; thee.
