As it slips through my fingers and touches my skin

It creeps in the cracks to let itself in

The story behind the artwork

We all get to that point in life where we feel lost. Blinded by loneliness and broken by life we are looking for answers, something that gives us hope or that will pull us out of the darkness. And sometimes sadness is all you can hold on to. Accepting the feeling and the pain it brings with it, it fills up the soul through the cracks that life has given.
