In the creative phase, various professionals collaborate to give shape to the idea, defining finishes and details. Once the design is defined, the production phase begins, where liquid porcelain is poured into molds to obtain the fragments that will comprise the new model. Subsequently, artisans assemble the pieces, apply colors with precision, and in the case of pieces featuring flowers, each petal is crafted and set by hand, ensuring its uniqueness.

The final phase of the process arrives with firing in the kiln, where the pieces are subjected to high temperatures, shrinking up to 15% in the process, and undergoing a profound transformation. This crucial step determines the ultimate success of each creation, highlighting the superior craftsmanship that characterizes Lladró.
